Ingredients:

• 1 Cup- Sprouted Moong
• 1- small finely chopped Onion
• 1- small Tomato rings
• 1/2- medium sized boiled Potato mashed
• 1 tsp- Rock Salt
• 1 tsp- Lemon juice
• 1- Green chilly chopped
• 1 tsp- dry Mango powder
• Coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Mix sprouted moong, chopped onion, potato with lime juice and chilly flakes. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt, dry mango powder to the mixture just before consuming the chaat.
  3. Top it with coriander, tomato slices and serve.
  4. This is a good side dish for lunch or dinner. Also a good munch for kids.
