Ingredients:

• 4 – 5 – big potatoes, boiled
• 1 cup – white sauce
• For stuffing:
• 3/4 cup Tomato puree
• 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
• Salt
• Red Chilli powder – to taste
• 1/2 tsp Ajwain
• 1/3 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1/3 cup – boiled spaghetti
• 1 onion, chopped finely
• 1 small capsicum, chopped

Method:

  1. For filling:
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter. Fry onion and capsicum.
  3. Cook till semi-transparent.
  4. Add tomato puree along with other ingredients except paneer.
  5. Saute well and then add paneer.
  6. To serve:
  7. Peel and cut potatoes. Scoop the centres, stuff the filling and cover with white sauce.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 20 mins.
  9. White sauce: Heat 1 tbsp butter. Fry 1 tbsp maida. Fry till light brown.
  10. Add 1 cup of milk. Keep stirring constantly till thick.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
