Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Tamarind juice and pulp
• 1 tsp – black zeera
• 1 tsp S- sabut dhaniya
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Red Chillies
• Salt and Brown sugar to taste.
Method:
- Roast jeera, dhania and crushed red chillies in a non-stick pan.
- Grind the roasted ingredients.
- In a small bowl, add tamarind paste and the roasted ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
- Add salt and brown sugar according to taste.
- Serve chutney with samosas.
