Ingredients:
• Oil for shallow frying
• 2 tbsp – plain flour
• 1/4 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• For burgers:
• 1/2 kg – cooked smoked salmon
• 2 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 – cup cornflakes, finely crushed
• 1/4 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1 – Egg
• 2 -potatoes, boiled, peeled and smashed
• salt as per taste
• For dip:
• 2 – hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp – sour Cream
• 1 tbsp – cup Cream cheese, softened
• 1 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/8 tsp – mustard sauce
• salt as per taste
• 1/8 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/2 – onion, grated
Method:
- Blend eggs, mayonnaise, onion, chillies in a blender. Remove in a bowl.
- Add mustard sauce, pepper powder and salt.
- Add sour cream and cheese. Mix it well.
- Chill for an hour.
- Mix all the ingredients of burgers except egg.
- Separate egg and mix the egg yolk to the egg mixture. Mix it well.
- Make 6 patties of the mixture.
- Make a paste of plain flour and water.
- Add egg white to it and mix well.
- Dip the patties in the paste.
- Roll them in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry till golden brown.
- Serve with dip.
