Ingredients:

• 2 cups – finely sliced Snake gourd
• 1 cup – finely sliced Onion
• 1/2 cup – finely sliced Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – finely sliced Green chilli
• salt to taste
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions.
  2. Add the green chilli, snake gourd (pudalangaai) and fry them for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add the required salt.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
