Ingredients:

• 700 g – Butter
• 400 g – icing Sugar
• 2 – Egg yolks
• 1 kg – flour

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and icing sugar in a steel bowl.
  2. Add in the egg yolks one by one, keep creaming and take care that the mixture does not split.
  3. Add in the sieved flour and knead to a nice soft dough.
  4. Roll in your palms and give desired shape.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
