
Ingredients:
• 3 cups-rice
• 1 cup- Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup-poha (rice flakes)
• 1 tsp-methi seeds
Method:
- Soak rice, urad dal and methi seeds together in water for 3-4 hours.
- Soak rice flakes, (poha) separately in little water.
- Grind to smooth paste and add salt.
- Allow it to ferment for 6-8 hours.
- Heat the tava and pour thick dosas.
- Add a spoon of oil or ghee.
- Turn over and cook in medium flame till golden.
- Serve with chutney of your choice.
