Ingredients:

• Coconut – 1
• Green chilli – 2 to 3
• Garlic cubes – 2 to 3
• Tamarind juice
• salt

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves and methi. Let them splutter for a while.
  3. Then add to the ground mixture. Serve it with hot plain rice.
