Ingredients:

• 1 grated – Raw Mango (should be very sour)
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 – Cloves of Garlic
• 2 – tsp of Sugar
• 2 tsp – roasted crushed Peanuts
• 1 – chopped Tomato
• 2-3 – long beans (optional)
• 1tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Make a fine paste of chillies and garlic.
  2. Mix the paste, sugar, tomatoes (chopped) and salt.
  3. When serving mix raw mango (grated), peanuts and long beans.
