
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rawa
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – water
• Chopped vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum)
• 1 – grated Carrot
• 1/4 bowl – peas
• Coriander
• salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix rawa, curd and water. Keep aside for at least 1 hour for fermentation. Add all the vegetables and coriander.
- Mix properly.
- Can also add green chillies for spice.
- Now add salt and pepper according to the taste.
- Heat a non-stick tawa.
- Spread little butter/ oil over the tawa once heated.
- Now spread the mixture carefully over the tawa.
- Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp.
- Serve immediately with sauce/green chutney.
