Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Sooji kesari
• 1/4 cup – Maida flour/all – purpose flour
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 2 pinch – Baking soda
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Mix maida flour, milk, baking soda and salt into a thick batter and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the sooji kesari in microwave oven so that it will be easier to make small balls.
  3. Take a small portion from the hot kesari and roll them as small balls.
  4. Heat oil for Deep frying and dip each balls into the maida batter and put them in the oil.
  5. Fry them well until they get well cooked; drain the excess of oil in a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot.
