
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sooji kesari
• 1/4 cup – Maida flour/all – purpose flour
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 2 pinch – Baking soda
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Mix maida flour, milk, baking soda and salt into a thick batter and keep it aside.
- Heat the sooji kesari in microwave oven so that it will be easier to make small balls.
- Take a small portion from the hot kesari and roll them as small balls.
- Heat oil for Deep frying and dip each balls into the maida batter and put them in the oil.
- Fry them well until they get well cooked; drain the excess of oil in a paper towel.
- Serve hot.
