Tangy and Sour Cream used in a lot of preparations

Ingredients:
1/2 cup hung curd
1 cup cream
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Whisk together salt, cream and curd until thick cream is obtained.
2. Refrigerate and use in any preparation.
