
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 3 tbsps – plain flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 – beaten Egg
• 1 tbsp- Tomato sauce,
• 1/2 tbsp – chilli sauce,
• 1 tsp – chilli powder,
• 1/2 tsp – pepper and salt to taste
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients and marinate chicken pieces in it for an hour.
- Then shallow fry the chicken till golden brown.
- Fry, 2 onions, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger and 6 green chillies.
- Chop one large green capsicum and add to the pan.
- Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tsps of orange food colour.
- Toss in the fried chicken and stir well.
- Cook for 2 mins on slow fire and then serve hot.
