Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup-rice
• 4 litres- Milk
• 2.5 cups-sugar
• Cardamom
Method:
- Take the rice and grind it in the mixie so that it becomes small granules. Use just a handful of rice.
- Take a vessel add the milk and rice and cook it using a pressure cooker.
- After 4 to 5 whistles keep it in medium for about 4 mins. After it cools, add sugar and cardamom if necessary.
