
Ingredients:
• 200 gm – soya noodles
• 100 ml – cooking oil
• 200 gm – vegetables, shredded, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red/yellow pepper, onion, black Mushroom
• 1 tsp – garlic, chopped
• 1 pinch – monosodium glutamate
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – sambar powder
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour (mixed with 1/2 cup water)
• salt.
Method:
- Boil the noodles with salt and 1 tsp oil in water for about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the excess water and place the noodles on a flat plate.
- Toss the noodles with a little oil.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add chopped garlic and stir for a minute.
- Then add the shredded vegetables, monosodium glutamate, soya sauce, sambar powder, vinegar and chilli paste.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the cornflour paste and mix into the vegetables.
- Now take the noodles in a huge bowl and toss them with the vegetable preparation. Serve.
