
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – soy flakes
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1 tsp – soy flour or Corn flour
• Few elaichi, cashew nuts, roasted
• Little Ghee
Method:
- Place soy flakes in hot water for 5 mins.
- Drain the water thoroughly.
- Heat ghee, add soy flakes and fry them. Add milk.
- When it boils, add sugar and soy or cornflour.
- Decorate with elaichi and cashews.
- Soy payasam is ready to serve.
