Ingredients:

• noodles – 200 gm
• soya bean – 100 gm (soaked and cleaned)
• Carrot – 1
• water – 6 cups
• Spring onions – 4
• oil 2 tbsp
• pepper powder – 1 tbsp
• Cabbage – 50 grams
• soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Capsicum – 1
• Onion – 1 medium
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Ginger – Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Marinate the soaked and cleaned soya beans with a paste of ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook in microwave with a little oil.
  2. Roast it on a pan over the gas to let it dry.
  3. Take noodles in the microwave cooking bowl pouring enough water to cover the noodles.
  4. Microwave on high for 4-5 min. Drain under cold water and keep aside.
  5. Along with the remaining oil add all vegetables.
  6. Saute uncovered for 5 min in a thick bottom microwave bowl. Add noodles, the soya beans and toss the remaining ingredients (pepper powder, soya sauce).
  7. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
