Ingredients:

• 100 g – soya granules
• 1 cup – hot Milk
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Haldi powder
• 3 tsp – refined oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the soya granules in hot milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil. Fry the onions till golden brown, then add the other ingredients one by one.
  3. Lastly, add the soya with the milk and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves along with naans or chapattis.
