Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Soya flour
• 1.5 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Dill leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Oil for cooking
• 1-2 tsp -all – purpose flour for dusting.
Method:
- Combine the soya flour, the wheat flour, dill leaves, garam masala powder, salt in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile beat the yoghurt with olive oil and gradually add all the different types of flour and knead into a soft dough.
- Keep it aside.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 medium sized balls and dust them with the all-purpose flour.
- Now roll out the dough into a circle, adding flour if needed.
- Heat a non-stick pan, and place the rolled out circle on the hot pan.
- Now drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the paratha get well cooked.
- Repeat for the entire dough.
- Serve immediately with a side dish.
