Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soya granules
• 1 cup – Channa Dal
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup – chopped Dhania leaves
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 3 – Green chillies chopped
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Soak channa dal and soya granules for 1 hour.
  2. Wash channa dal and cook with all the remaining ingredient, in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles and 10 minutes on sim.
  3. Fry and dry up any water that is left.
  4. Grind mixture to a coarse paste.
  5. Make tikkis and shallow fry.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
