
Ingredients:
• For Soya Keema: 1 cup – Minced soya granules (cooked)
• 2 – Onions (large and chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Tomato pulp or chopped Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Red chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• Few chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• Salt
• Oil
• For Paratha:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• Salt
Method:
- Heat enough oil in a pan, fry the crushed fennel seeds, add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste, saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the cooked soya granules, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder, simmer everything until the masala turns thick.
- Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
- Mix all the ingredients for paratha as a soft and smooth dough (add water if needed), keep aside for half an hour.
- Make 10-12 medium sized balls.
- Roll the dough to a small circle, keep a small ball of the already prepared soya keema, close the edges of the dough, dust with enough flour and roll the dough as a paratha.
- Heat a tawa, drop gently the paratha, sprinkle few drops of oil, cook the paratha until they get well cooked on both sides.
