
Ingredients:
• 1/2 sliced – thinly Cabbage
• 1 cup – soya nuggets
• 1 big – Onion
• 1 big – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 2 tsp – oil
• salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
- At the same time, heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onions to it.
- Fry the onions till they become golden brown.
- Add ginger paste and turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add the finely chopped tomato.
- Fry it till tomato gets tender.
- Then add the jeera and dhania powder.
- Squeeze water out of the soya nuggets and add it in.
- Fry it for 2 minutes and then add the thinly sliced cabbage.
- Add salt and simmer the flame. Cover it with a lid and cook till the cabbage is tender.
