Ingredients:

• 1/2 sliced – thinly Cabbage
• 1 cup – soya nuggets
• 1 big – Onion
• 1 big – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 2 tsp – oil
• salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. At the same time, heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onions to it.
  3. Fry the onions till they become golden brown.
  4. Add ginger paste and turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add the finely chopped tomato.
  6. Fry it till tomato gets tender.
  7. Then add the jeera and dhania powder.
  8. Squeeze water out of the soya nuggets and add it in.
  9. Fry it for 2 minutes and then add the thinly sliced cabbage.
  10. Add salt and simmer the flame. Cover it with a lid and cook till the cabbage is tender.
