
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Soya chunks
• 2 – Boiled and mashed Potatoes
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 6 – Green chillies (chopped)
• Bread crumbs – as needed
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Wheat bread – as needed
• Mayonnaise – as needed
• Oil
• Coriander Mint chutney – as needed
• 2 Tomatoes – sliced
Method:
- Soak soya chunks in milk for half an hour.
- When they become softer, grind in mixer to make granules.
- Mix with boiled potatoes and mash well.
- Add chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, salt and red chilli powder and mix properly (add corn flour if needed).
- Make flat tikkis of bread size. Roll them in bread crumbs and shallow fry on tava.
- Apply coriander-mint chutney on one slice of bread and put 2-3 tomato slices. Place soya tikki on it and pour a little mayonnaise onto tikki.
- Apply butter on another slice, make a sandwich and grill. Serve hot with ketchup.
