Ingredients:

• Salt to taste
• 3 – Chillies, green
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 4 tbsp – Pepper powder
• 250g – Capsicums, green
• 250g – Onions
• 1kg – Chicken/any Meat

Method:

  1. Cut onions and capsicum into thin long slices.
  2. Now marinate the chicken in the soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt for 1 hour.
  3. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken. Add the onions and capsicum and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
