Ingredients:

• 100 g – spaghetti
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 4 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 6 eggs
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• salt to taste
• oil

Method:

  1. Break the spaghetti into small pieces and cook in boiling salted water. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Beat the eggs well together and add the onion, chilli, coriander leaves, pepper and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly and add the spaghetti and cheese.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Brown on both sides and serve immediately.
