Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tbsp – Maize flour
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• 6 tsp – Butter
• 1 1/2 cups – spaghetti, cooked and cut into small pieces
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• For Corn Filling:
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – corn, boiled
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 6 Cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/2 cup – chopped Onion
• 1 1/4 cups – Tomato juice
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• For Topping:
• 6 tsp – grated cheese
• few Capsicum pieces

Method:

  1. Grease the pie dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
  2. To prepare the spaghetti layer, add the butter into a casserole dish and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  5. Repeat the process.
  6. Add milk and mix well.
  7. Microwave on high for 3 minutes till its thick like sauce.
  8. Mix well with salt, pepper and cheese.
  9. Add the spaghetti and spread it along the pie dish.
  10. For filling:
  11. Add the butter in a casserole dish and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  12. Add the onion and garlic.
  13. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes until it softens.
  14. Add tomato juice, cornflour, salt, pepper, sugar and red chilli powder.
  15. Partially cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes till it starts bubbling.
  16. Stir once in-between.
  17. Mix the boiled corn and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  18. Pour into the prepared pie dish and sprinkle grated cheese and arrange a few capsicum pieces on top.
  19. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes before serving.
