
Ingredients:
• 500 grams – minced Beef or Mutton
• 100 grams – Mushrooms chopped
• 2 large Onions chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 100 grams – spaghetti
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Celery
• salt to taste
Method:
- Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till brown.
- Add the minced beef/mutton, mushrooms, tomato puree, salt, pepper, celery and mix well. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
- While the mince is cooking, boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and add it to the mince.
- Mix well.
- Transfer to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with toast and mashed tomatoes.
