Ingredients:

• 1 cup- Urad Dal
• 1 cup – Moong dal
• 2.5 cup – Rice
• 1/2 cup – Poha
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1 tsp – Methi seeds.

Method:

  1. Soak all the ingredients for 6-8 hours and grind to make soft paste. Then ferment it for 8 hours.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp of the batter on the tava and spread it using a circular motion.
  4. Cook on both sides with a little oil.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve hot.
