
Ingredients:
• 2 -eggs
• 1 tbsp – fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1- 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1/2 – small onion, finely chopped
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• salt.
Method:
- Separate the whites and the yellow of the eggs.
- Beat the white of the eggs for a few minutes till fluffy.
- Now add the finely chopped green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, and salt. Keep aside.
- Beat the yellow separately and add it to the whites. Mix well.
- Meanwhile, heat the tawa and pour oil on it.
- Evenly pour the egg mixture on the hot tawa.
- Cook on a low flame.
- When one side is almost done, evenly sprinkle the grated cheese and gently fold the omelette.
- Cook on a medium flame till done.
- Serve.
