Ingredients:

• 2 -eggs
• 1 tbsp – fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1- 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1/2 – small onion, finely chopped
• 1.5 tbsp – oil
• salt.

Method:

  1. Separate the whites and the yellow of the eggs.
  2. Beat the white of the eggs for a few minutes till fluffy.
  3. Now add the finely chopped green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, and salt. Keep aside.
  4. Beat the yellow separately and add it to the whites. Mix well.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the tawa and pour oil on it.
  6. Evenly pour the egg mixture on the hot tawa.
  7. Cook on a low flame.
  8. When one side is almost done, evenly sprinkle the grated cheese and gently fold the omelette.
  9. Cook on a medium flame till done.
  10. Serve.
