Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Poha (flaked rice)
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1 tsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1 pinch – Hing
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 – 3 tsps – Peanuts
• Chopped coriander and grated Coconut to garnish
• Oil for seasoning
• Salt to taste
• Sugar a pinch
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
Method:
- Wash poha and drain.
- Add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste, and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, hing, green chillies, haldi, and onion and saute for 5 mins.
- Add peanuts and poha and mix well.
- Cover and cook for a minute.
- Garnish with coriander, coconut and a dash of lemon juice.
