Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Maida
• 2 tbsp – Bengal Gram flour
• 1/2 cup – buttermilk
• 2 tsps – Sugar
• 1 tsp – baking soda
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1″piece – Ginger
• 1/2 cup – water
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Take maida and Bengal gram flour in a vessel and pour butter milk and water in it.
  2. Add sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add to the above mixture chopped green chillies and minced ginger and keep aside for an hour.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan and drop 1 tsp bonda mix in hot oil.
  5. Deep fry and serve.
