Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – red pepper
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Methi
• Curry leaves
• Tamarind – small portion
Method:
- Roast all ingredients except tamarind on kadai without oil. Grind to paste.
- Boil diluted tamarind water till the raw smell fades off.
- Add the ground paste to it with some salt to taste.
- Just saute some jeera and whole pepper in half spoon ghee before serving with rice.
- Ideal for stomach disorders.
