Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – red pepper
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Methi
• Curry leaves
• Tamarind – small portion

Method:

  1. Roast all ingredients except tamarind on kadai without oil. Grind to paste.
  2. Boil diluted tamarind water till the raw smell fades off.
  3. Add the ground paste to it with some salt to taste.
  4. Just saute some jeera and whole pepper in half spoon ghee before serving with rice.
  5. Ideal for stomach disorders.
