Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 3 bunches – Spinach
• 1-inch – Ginger
• 8 to 10 flakes – Garlic
• 8 stalks – Coriander leaves
• 4 – Green chillies (small)
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 2 – Onions (medium sliced)
• 1 – Tomato (small chopped)
• 1.5 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the mutton. Cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Wash the spinach and chop finely.
  3. Grind together the ginger, garlic, coriander, chillies, mustard and methi.
  4. Add oil and fry onions till soft.
  5. Add paste and fry well.
  6. Add mutton and continue frying till oil separates.
  7. Add spinach, tomato and a little water, if required and cook till done.
