Ingredients:

• 2 cups – besan flour
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves chopped – 1 cup
• 1 cup – oil

Method:

  1. Take besan flour in a big bowl and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera. Mix it well.
  2. Then add chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, coriander and lime juice.
  3. Mix this mixture with enough water to form a thick batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, grease it, pour one big spoon of batter and spread to a thin round shape (just like a traditional dosa).
  5. Pour little oil around its edges, flip over and roast both the sides.
  6. Serve.
