Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – red Pumpkin
• 100 g – green beans
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Coconut oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into slices then add a cup of water and salt.
- Slit the green chillies.
- Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from fire and then add a tsp of coconut oil.
- Serve hot.
