Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – red Pumpkin
• 100 g – green beans
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Coconut oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables into slices then add a cup of water and salt.
  2. Slit the green chillies.
  3. Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from fire and then add a tsp of coconut oil.
  5. Serve hot.
