Ingredients:
• 100 g – Spinach leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• a pinch – Fenugreek powder
• 250 g – Curd
• 2 to 3 – red chillies, broken
• 1 tsp – oil
• grated Ginger
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash spinach and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat oil, add fenugreek, cumin and mustard.
- When it splutters, add red chillies and grated ginger.
- Now, add spinach and fry for 1-2 mins. Switch off the stove.
- When it cools down, mix with curd and salt.
- Garnish with chopped tomato or carrot and coriander leaves.
