Ingredients:

• 100 g – Spinach leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• a pinch – Fenugreek powder
• 250 g – Curd
• 2 to 3 – red chillies, broken
• 1 tsp – oil
• grated Ginger
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash spinach and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil, add fenugreek, cumin and mustard.
  3. When it splutters, add red chillies and grated ginger.
  4. Now, add spinach and fry for 1-2 mins. Switch off the stove.
  5. When it cools down, mix with curd and salt.
  6. Garnish with chopped tomato or carrot and coriander leaves.
