Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 2 – medium-sized Jaggery pieces
• 2 – Cloves of cinnamon, powdered
Method:
- Crush jaggery in a little water and after it has melted, add both the flour, mixing it while doing so.
- Mix in the powdered cardamom.
- Heat a pan, oil it a little and pour a little batter.
- Spread the batter slowly from the centre (not too thin).
- Flip over after the lower part is cooked.
- Remove from the pan, once the other side is also done.
