Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 2 large – onions, sliced.
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.
• 5/6 tbsp – pepper, freshly ground.
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste.
• 1 bunch – coriander leaves, chopped.
• 5 tbsp – oil.
• Salt-to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute till light brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and saute till they get soft.
- Add pepper powder, coriander powder and salt and fry.
- Mix in the chicken pieces and cook.
- When half cooked, add a little water and simmer on a low flame till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
