Ingredients:

• 2 Cups- Rice (Uncooked)
• 5 Tsp- Grated Coconut
• 2 Tsp- Lemon Juice
• 6 Tsp- Cooking Oil
• 2 Tsp-Toor Dal
• 2 Tsp- Udad Dal
• 1 Tsp- Mustard
• 3 Red Chillies
• 5 Curry leaves
• A Pinch Of Turmeric And Asafoetida
• salt To Taste

Method:

  1. Cook rice and add coconut, lemon juice, 5 tsp cooking oil and salt.
  2. Roast rest of the spices in 1 tsp of oil and dry grind in the blender.
  3. Add this ground powder to rice and mix thoroughly. Serve when rice is warm.
  4. Leftover should be refrigerated.
