Ingredients:

• 2 – big tomatoes, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 – medium size onion, chopped
• To taste – salt
• A pinch – Sugar

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion and garlic for a few minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, salt, sugar, green chillies and fry, till the tomatoes are reduced to a pulp.
  3. Grind in a blender.
  4. Season with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
