Ingredients:

• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 – Onions finely cut and fried
• 2 – Potatoes boiled and cut
• 2 – Red Chillies cut into small pieces
• salt
• a pinch of Hing
• Coriander leaves
• For batter:
• 1 cup – gram flour, mixed with water to make a semi liquid paste

Method:

  1. Fry chopped onions and add hing.
  2. Add spices to the potatoes and mash. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  3. When cool, add everything together with breadcrumbs and mix well.
  4. Form into balls, dip into batter and deep fry.
