
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 – Onions finely cut and fried
• 2 – Potatoes boiled and cut
• 2 – Red Chillies cut into small pieces
• salt
• a pinch of Hing
• Coriander leaves
• For batter:
• 1 cup – gram flour, mixed with water to make a semi liquid paste
Method:
- Fry chopped onions and add hing.
- Add spices to the potatoes and mash. Add chopped coriander leaves.
- When cool, add everything together with breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Form into balls, dip into batter and deep fry.
