Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Capsicum (cut into big pieces)
• 1 – onion, big
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• a pinch of Turmeric
• 2.5 sticks – Dalchini
• 2-3 – lavang
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
Method:
- Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste in a little oil and grind it to form a paste.
- Then heat oil in a pan, season it with dalchini and lavang and let them splutter.
- Add onion paste and green chillies, and fry for a few minutes.
- Then add capsicum and stir well.
- Fry for 5 minutes and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and garam masala powder.
- Add water and cook until done.
- Garnish with coriander.
