Ingredients:

• 1- medium size Cauliflower cut into florets
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder
• 1 – Egg beaten
• salt to taste
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Wash and soak the cauliflower in warm salt water for one hour.
  2. Drain away the water. Coat the cauliflower florets with the ginger garlic paste, corn flour, chilli powder, all spice powder, egg, salt and keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the marinated cauliflower a little at a time till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion rings.
