Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 2 – eggs
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – hot sauce
• 1 tsp – ajinomoto
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt – to taste
Method:
- Cut chicken breast into cubes.
- Make a paste of rest of the ingredients.
- Marinate chicken in the paste for an hour.
- Deep fry the chicken in oil.
