
Ingredients:
• Maggi noodles or Top Ramen smoodles
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 2 or 3 – Onions
• 1 or 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Corn oil or vegetable oil
• Garam Masala or taste maker
• Beans
• Mushroom
• Lentils
• Baby Corn
• 2-3 strands – Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil the noodles thoroughly for 5-6 mins.
- Add a dash of oil while cooking so that the noodles do not stick together.
- Take a pan and heat oil.
- Add onions, slit chillies and curry leaves to it.
- Stir fry the onions till it becomes transparent and light brown.
- Now add the vegetables and saute over a low flame.
- Fry it for 4-5 mins and remove it from the stove.
- Pour coconut milk in a vessel and boil the milk.
- To it add the taste maker or garam masala.
- Finally top the noodles with vegetables, spring onions and coriander leaves.
- Pour the coconut milk over it.
- Serve hot.
