Ingredients:

• Maggi noodles or Top Ramen smoodles
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 2 or 3 – Onions
• 1 or 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Corn oil or vegetable oil
• Garam Masala or taste maker
• Beans
• Mushroom
• Lentils
• Baby Corn
• 2-3 strands – Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles thoroughly for 5-6 mins.
  2. Add a dash of oil while cooking so that the noodles do not stick together.
  3. Take a pan and heat oil.
  4. Add onions, slit chillies and curry leaves to it.
  5. Stir fry the onions till it becomes transparent and light brown.
  6. Now add the vegetables and saute over a low flame.
  7. Fry it for 4-5 mins and remove it from the stove.
  8. Pour coconut milk in a vessel and boil the milk.
  9. To it add the taste maker or garam masala.
  10. Finally top the noodles with vegetables, spring onions and coriander leaves.
  11. Pour the coconut milk over it.
  12. Serve hot.
