Ingredients:

• eggs – 2
• Besan flour – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 5
• salt to taste
• Ground pepper – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves –
• Tomato – 1 (medium size)
• Onions – 2 (medium size)

Method:

  1. Beat the egg well. Keep it aside.
  2. Cut onions, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. To the egg mixture add finely chopped onions, tomato and green chillies and mix well.
  4. Add besan flour to that mixture and mix well without any lumps.
  5. Heat the tawa, pour the mixture. Sprinkle ground pepper powder, finely cut coriander leaves and pour a tsp of oil and close it well.
  6. Turn over the omelette and fry until done.
