Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs beaten well
• 1/2 fish – cut into strips without the bones
• 3 tbsp – Refined flour
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumins powder
• 1/4 kg – oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Wash the fish and leave to dry.
  2. Mix the flour together with all the above ingredients (except the oil) with a little water to make batter.
  3. Coat each piece of fish well with the batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the coated fish pieces till brown on both sides.
  5. Drain and serve hot.
