Ingredients:
• Fish (salmon/halibut) – 1 lb
• Chilli powder – 2 heaped tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 heaped tbsp
• pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
• Garlic – 4-5 pieces
• Curry leaves – 1 stem
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil – 1 cup
Method:
- Cut the fish into cubes.
- Make a paste of garlic and curry leaves.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, the above paste and a spoon of olive oil to the fish.
- Mix well so that the masala evenly spreads over the fish.
- Marinate for an hour. You can keep the marinated fish in the freezer for later use too.
- Deep fry.
- Serve with rice and curry.
