Ingredients:

• Fish (salmon/halibut) – 1 lb
• Chilli powder – 2 heaped tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 heaped tbsp
• pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
• Garlic – 4-5 pieces
• Curry leaves – 1 stem
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into cubes.
  2. Make a paste of garlic and curry leaves.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, the above paste and a spoon of olive oil to the fish.
  4. Mix well so that the masala evenly spreads over the fish.
  5. Marinate for an hour. You can keep the marinated fish in the freezer for later use too.
  6. Deep fry.
  7. Serve with rice and curry.
