Ingredients:
• 1 oz – Cloves
• 2 oz – Cardamoms
• 1 oz – Cinnamon
• 1 oz – pepper Corns
• 1/4 oz – Fenugreek
• 1 oz – Cumin seeds
• 3 oz – coriander
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mace powder
Method:
- Roast coriander seeds, cumin, and fenugreek seeds separately for a few minutes.
- Combine all the roasted ingredients and dry grind in a mixer.
- Sieve the mixture and store in an air-tight jar.
