Ingredients:

• Green chilli – 200 g
• Gingili oil – 150 ml
• Lemon juice – 200 ml
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard powder – 150 g

Method:

  1. Wash the green chilli and dry well.
  2. Cut it into small pieces of 1 cm each.
  3. Add mustard powder, gingili oil, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder to the cut green chillies.
  4. Mix well and bottle it.
  5. It would take 3 or 4 days for the chillies to soak in the masala.
